Pragya is thinking Abhi that will gain consciousness anytime now and everything between them would be solved and the mere thought makes her relieved and gets happy. Saiyyara Re song plays in the background. At the same time, the nurse meets Pragya and says that Abhi has gained his consciousness and wants to meet his family. Hearing this, Pragya gets happy and runs in haste to meet her beloved Abhi. She asks Daadi, if anyone meet him. Daadi says no, that she have the first right to meet him, as she have saved him and announces that Pragya will meet Abhi first and then other family members. Seeing this, Tanu gets scared of the consequences of their meeting and is worried that once Abhi is back on his feet, he would punish her for all the havoc she has caused. Pragya, who rushes to meet Abhi, starts imagine how their first interaction would be. Tu Meri Jaan hai song plays in the background. Pragya happily walks towards Abhi's hospital room, she smiles seeing him and again thinking about Abhi's reaction. But much to her surprises, Abhi doesn't react after seeing her at all. Seeing Pragya in his room, Abhi gets irritated and asks the nurse what is wrong with them? He says he told her to call his family. He asks the nurse to go and call for his family and this confused Pragya. The nurse is equally puzzled as to why Abhi refuses to recognize the lady who saved his life and asks Pragya why did he say that. The nurse assumes that Abhi must has lost his memory which scared Pragya as she learn that Abhi does not recognize her. Pragya immediately rushes to see the doctor and explains his condition to him that Abhi is not recognizing her. The doctor says that Abhi must have not completely gained consciousness but still he will check his condition and goes.

Daadi notices anxiety in Pragya's behaviour and asks her what happened? Pragya informs her that he is not recognizing her when she enters his room and she don't know why? Daadi is shocked and asks her to have strength. Tanu and Aaliya looks on surprised.

Doctor checks Abhi. They come out. Doctor Sharma after examining Abhi tells her that this is unfortunate, but the truth that he can’t identify her, and it is not his mistake. Dr. Jatin then reveals that he is suffering from Retrograde Amnesia. Daadi then asks doctor to explain what does this mean? Doctor explains that it is a memory loss due to which he might not remember certain parts of his life. Daadi is shocked. Doctor adds that since Abhi had a very dangerous accident, it has impacted his brain hugely. The accident has affected a crucial part of his brain, which deals with memories of recent times and his mind was hurt which deals with short term memory. Due to which he might find it difficult to recall certain events of his life. He adds that they can’t tell how much did he remember? Mitali asks if he don’t know anything. Doctor says they don’t know. He doesn't remember about what happened before the accident or the fact that accident even took place. Aaliya asks him if he don’t remember anything. Doctor says he forgot few parts in his life and asks everyone to meet him. This news brings some relief to Tanu and Aaliya who are responsible for Abhi's accident. The doctor also refuses to comment on how long Abhi will take to recover from this state. Daadi asks if they can tell him who is the person. Doctor says it is not easy to make him remember and asks her to be careful. Pragya and other members of the family are warned that they must not stress Abhi to remember things and asks them not to disturb his reality as this can turn out to be dangerous for him.

Meanwhile, Abhi is lying clueless on his bed wondering why his family is not with him and thinks if they came or not. Aaliya decides to meet Abhi first but she is quite scared to face her brother. She enters and is worried about her brother's reaction but she is surprised to see Abhi's reaction. Abhi sees her and says "You". Aaliya too says " brother" realising that her brother recognize her. Abhi angrily asks her why Aaliya in the hospital. Abhi's questions petrified Aaliya, who is expecting to get a bad reaction from him. But soon, Abhi reveals that she was in Australia for her studies so how she arrived in India leaving her education mid-way. Aaliya is surprised and tells him she came today. She asks if he remember her? Abhi says of course, he sent her for studies and she should be there in Australia for her exams. Aaliya realises that Abhi only remembers everything that happened around two years ago since she had been to Australia then and tells him that the exam was done, and even the results are out, hence she shifted her base to Mumbai this morning. Abhi asks why he couldn’t remember anything. Aaliya asks him not to stress his mind. Abhi asks if she must have top the exams. Aaliya says yes. Abhi hugs her.

Daadi cannot digest the fact that Abhi will not recognize Pragya. She is disheartened to know that the one who saved Abhi's life will not exist in his life anymore and asks what did he mean? Should they not inform him that Pragya is his wife and have saved him. Doctor tells sometimes it happens that the patient forgets his loved ones and others. The doctor have given up on Abhi's condition and inform them that he can recover only with time. Raj asks if there is any test to know when he will regain memory or if there is any medicine for it. Doctor says there is no treatment in medical science that can bring back Abhi's memories, and that if he has to get well then he will be fine else he will be like this only. He adds that they must not force Abhi to remember anything and that there is a possibility that he can recover soon or just never. Abhi asks Aaliya about his accident and asks since when he is here. Aaliya asks him not to take stress. She suddenly feels relieved that her brother is the same who he was two years ago as she thinks Abhi don’t remember anything since January 2014, and thinks he has become like old Abhi. Now she has no reasons to fear him as he doesn't remember any of the events that took place since her Australia visit, including his marriage with Pragya and everything that she and Tanu did to him. Aaliya is happy that she has no threat from Abhi anymore and thinks they got the Jackpot today. Abhi asks her to send Daadi in. Aaliya says okay.

Purabh asks Doctor to tell what did he forget? Doctor asks him not to stress on his mind. Daadi gets worried. Doctor says this had happened with many famous people and now they are living normal life. Since Aaliya, who tried to kill Pragya in a road accident, is the one who knows about her brother's lost memory, she has something cooking up in her mind again and happily steps out of Abhi's room and informs other members of his family that Abhi has lost memory and doesn't remember anything that happened in his life for the past two and a half years ago. Purabh asks how can she be so sure? Aaliya says she met him and he was asking her about her exams and she was assuming that he don’t remember anything happened since last two years. Aaliya also tells them that he didn’t remember and has forgotten that he was angry with her and Tanu. Pragya is totally taken back to hear this revelations.

The fact that Abhi has forgotten the glorious two and half years of his life. Everyone in the family is worried that Abhi doesn't remember that he is married. Aaliya informs her family that Abhi has really forgot his recent memories and all that he remembers are the events that occurred two and a half years ago. She informs them that he was asking her about events that happened at that time of her exam and his music and doesn't remember anything that happened after that. Doctor says it is good that they came to know what he remembers. Aaliya informs her Daadi to meet Abhi as he wants to meet her desperately. A shock Pragya thinks Abhi does not even remembers her or about their marriage. She is disheartened that she has lost her love once again. She recalls all the good things that happened few days back before his accident, where she was planning to spend a happily married life with Abhi some moments ago and now Abhi doesn't remember a single thing. She is completely lost and doesn't know how to react. She is struggling to understand how to cope with such a huge loss in her life? and gets teary eyes. Daadi and Purabh go inside to meet Abhi. Abhi asks them how are they both? He asks why didn’t they come to meet him, and asks if they are upset with him. Purabh and and Daadi notice his clueless expression. Abhi then says he should be upset as Purabh went for a meeting on his birthday. Purabh says no. Abhi says he was upset with him, but he don’t remember why? He demands to know what went wrong with him so that he had to be admitted in the hospital. Purabh asks him not to stress his mind and get well soon. Abhi sees Daadi crying and says he is fine. Daadi asks how is he in which he replied her that he is fine. He asks Purabh since when is he here?. He tries to recalls old times but Purabh tries to calm him by saying that he is perfectly fine, he asks him not to strain his mind and can perform at concert soon. Abhi asks if he miss anyone chautha, barsi and marriage? Purabh asks him to get well first. Abhi asks vague questions to Purabh and about his concert, performances and about his life as a rock star, which he used to be. He sings a song that he had sung two years ago. Daadi says it is good. Purabh says he went to that stage when he sang this song, and thinks he became like before. He can't control his emotions when he sees Abhi's condition. But he feels bad for Pragya who loved him immensely and took so much care of Abhi. Abhi's memory loss has affected her the most, he thinks then how she will leave without her husband and wonders how to deal with the situation. Tanu confirms with Aaliya if all that she said about Abhi is true. Aaliya says yes that Abhi is the same man who he was more than two years ago. He is a rock star who can do anything for his sister now, and she is so thankful to God that everything is back. Tanu says now he madly loves her. Aaliya tells her he does remember getting married to Pragya or Purabh breaking his engagement with her ( Aaliya ). Tanu is very much happy and asks her to pinch her. Aaliya pinches her and she too can hold her joy as she has got another chance and everything will be sorted once again. She says Pragya is out of Abhi’s life. Tanu asks her to hold her else she will faint with happiness as her life will be back on track. Aaliya says she will enjoy the life as she got the second chance. Aaliya says they will get everything. Both Aaliya and Tanu are rejoicing the opportunity they have got right now. The duo decide to make the most of the situation and rectify every wrong thing that they did in the past. Tanu is excited that she can marry Abhi now. She reveals to Aaliya that she always regretted the decision of rejecting Abhi's marriage proposal and this time, she won't leave that chance. Tanu adds that she will go and meet him. She takes a step to go and meet Abhi but at the same time, Aaliya stops her that she was a super model when he was dating her two and a half years ago and today her health has taken a toll as she is now fat due to pregnancy and miscarriage so she should wait for sometime. Tanu realises that she needs to get fit before seeing Abhi and says she wanted to hug him and make Pragya jealous. But she also regrets missing the opportunity to make Pragya feel jealous by getting close to Abhi now. Pragya overhears their discussion. She approach them angrily as she is pissed with their reaction and tells them they both must be very happy with Abhi's condition, but he will gain consciousness very soon and that sooner or later, Abhi will remember everything but their Karma will definitely pay back soon. Abhi will surely punish them for that the evil things they did to harm him once he remembers the missing parts of his life and then things can turn out very horrible for them. But Aaliya says unfortunately Abhi is suffering from retrograde amnesia, a condition that has no cure and he will never gain his memory. Beside, the doctors have asked them not to stress Abhi to recall his memories as it can be prove deadly. Pragya says her heart is saying that he will get his memory back. Aaliya asks her to search on Internet and says sometimes memory never comes back. She feels pity on her and it is so unfortunate that she doesn't exist for him now as she is erased from his memory. Her identify, name, kumkum everything is gone and wiped, and the things will be like she wanted. Now, Abhi will be her brother, he will do everything she wants, and love and marry the one she will chose for him and he will love Tanu. She adds that Pragya destination is clear, but Pragya can’t walk on it. After hearing this, Pragya gets upset.

Pragya, Daadi and Purabh approach the doctor once again to find a solution to his condition. Pragya asks the doctor to do something as he couldn’t remember her. Purabh insists for help as he doesn't remember that he is married too and asks how to make him remember that he is married. Daadi asks if there is any way? Doctor says he will live now normally, but can’t recognize her. The doctor further warns against stressing Abhi and asks to take good care of him. They clearly asks not to push Abhi beyond his point of comfort and simply wait for the right time. Pragya says this means that she should leave the hope that he will recognize her. Doctor asks them to give him sometime and asks not to meet him whoever he doesn’t know in his memory.

Pragya's mother is keenly waiting to hear any update from the hospital. Rock star Daadi ( Beeji ) along with her daughter in-law, Sarla pray to god that Abhi must get well soon. Sarla is happy and keeps halwa for the puja. Beeji says she hope Mata Rani makes everything fine. Aaliya is waiting next to Abhi, when he see a vague vision about the time he spent with Pragya before the accident and flashes of the accident. Aaliya asks if he is fine. Abhi asks where did the accident happened? Aaliya says it happened in Lonavala. He asks his sister to help him remember what he has forgotten in life. But Aaliya tries to divert his attention by saying that he already remembers everything about his profession, fans and family and there is nothing to worry about and asks him not to stress his mind to remember.

Pragya offers her prayer at a temple situated inside the hospital and as she tries to apply kumkum ( vermilion ) on her forehead, but stops as she recalls what happened just now. She wonders if she has the right to apply kumkum or not. Pragya is happy that Abhi is perfectly fine now but still feels bad about it. Just because she can't go and hug him and she feels unhappy about the situation. She then says god have saved him, but he is not recognizing her, she is feeling very bad, as she can hear him, but can’t talk to him. She says now Aaliya and Tanu will not try to separate them, as she is not in his life now. Pragya asks God to give her the strength to wait for Abhi's recovery and she is ready to wait for him all life. She hopes that the day, when Abhi recognizes her, arrives soon in her life. She says when she fought with his enemies, she knew that he loves her, but now he don’t remember her. She cries badly.

Pragya is still waiting outside Abhi's hospital room desperately waiting to get a glimpse of her husband. She is upset to see everyone visit him and she is the only one who cannot meet him due to his memory loss. Purabh finds Pragya but does not talk to her. Back in Abhi's house, Pragya makes sure healthy food is made for Abhi. Suddenly, Robin meets her and informs her that something amiss is going on in her room and as Pragya rushes to see, she finds Tanu and Aaliya are messing with her stuffs and taking off the photographs from the wall and throwing her clothes helter and skelter. Angry Pragya slaps Tanu right away for fiddling with her items and Tanu tries to slap her back. Aaliya immediately comes forward to stop Pragya and Tanu informs Pragya that they have the right to do it. Pragya says that no matter what they can't mess with her room and stuffs. She is still Abhi's legally wedded wife and no one can keep her away from her husband. He might not recognize her but she has still not forgotten the relationship she shares with Abhi. Aaliya tries to play with Pragya emotions by purposely saying how her presence in the house can be dangerous for Abhi. She asks if she wants Abhi to die because of her. But Pragya promises that she will not come in front of Abhi but will not leave the house at any cost.

Suddenly Tanu gives a strange reaction to Aaliya for speaking so rudely with Pragya. Much to everyone's surprise, she starts talking in support of Pragya. Pragya is clueless about what Tanu is trying to say. But Tanu keeps telling Aaliya that Pragya is no less than a goddess since she has always been sacrificing everything for Abhi and his family. But unfortunately, Abhi doesn't remember anything now and nor does he recognize her. Aaliya realises that Tanu was only trying to make fun of Pragya and the two share a hearty laugh.

Aaliya then walks towards the huge wedding picture of Pragya and Abhi and tries to throw it outside the room. But Pragya warns her against doing this and tells her that she cannot take her away from Abhi just because he doesn't remember anything. She promises to stand by Abhi forever since she is his wife and no one has the right to asks her to leave the house. Tanu and Aaliya sarcastically taunt Pragya that she has to leave. Pragya is distraught and appalled and vehemently asserts about how she needs to be here, and that she may be out of Abhi’s memory, but not from his heart and soul. They continue to chide, and keep explaining as to how her leaving here, is the right option, since he doesn't have any recollection, but has memories of the other relations, and suddenly seeing her would be wrong for his health. Pragya refuses to go out of the house and says that she will take care of him without being in his sight as she will stay in hiding, but prevent him from evil eyes, and then she can be assured of his safety and well being, without even having to be in front of her but they tell her that's not possible, and continue to pack her stuff out, to throw it out of Abhi’s room. Daadi hears Pragya screaming and comes over to see the mess in her bedroom and is appalled to see her being chided and teased like that. She tries to convince Pragya to come with her and takes her from there, while Pragya continues complaining about what's happening to her, and how they are plotting yet again. She calms her down, while Pragya continues to pour out, that she was the one who got him married to him, to keep his life happy and stable. Poor Pragya keeps telling Daadi that she needs to be in the house for Abhi's safety and asks her to make a plan to reveal Aaliya and Tanu's identity. She says that Abhi always had a threat from Tanu and Aaliya and she cannot leave him in their care. But Daadi remains silent, when Pragya finds Daadi tensed and appalled, she asks what's the matter, and forces Daadi to speak. Daadi begs for forgiveness as whatever she is doing is for Abhi's well-being and with a heavy heart, tells Pragya to leave the house which shocks Pragya to the core and is upset and broken after hearing what Daadi says. But, Daadi is helpless and she says that Pragya has to cross this 'Agnee Prakisha' again to win her love back. She then explains how this is the only option, for Abhi’s happiness, and asks her to make this ultimate sacrifice, for Abhi, and assures that she should merely be away and not actually separating from him. Daadi further adds that Pragya and Abhi will be connected through their hearts, whether they stay near or far. Pragya reminds Daadi about how she convinced her to marry Abhi and she had requested her to take care of him and she has been protecting Abhi since then on Daadi's requests. She begs Daadi to not asks her to leave the house as she will die without Abhi.

Daadi agrees that it was she who brought her to this home but she did everything for Abhi. And today again, she is asking her to leave the house just for Abhi. Today, her presence can prove dangerous for Abhi and that the only reason she has asked her to go. Daadi adds that she is being selfish at the moment and is not thinking about Pragya's emotions. She requests Pragya that she has to go out of the house and his life only for his well being. She knows Pragya is the only person in this house who loves Abhi the most and this sacrifice can only give him a new life. Pragya is appalled, as Daadi extends her hands for Pragya’s help. She can't absorb the fact that she has to stay away from her husband. Daadi confirms that she is only asking her to stay away from Abhi's life but not to leave him. Pragya, although very upset, has no option but to oblige to Daadi's requests and is distraught when she gives into her request. With a broken heart, she walks out in a daze towards her room to collect her stuffs. Daadi collapses on the bed dishevelled and distraught.

While packing her stuffs, Pragya encapsulating all the moments and experience she spent with Abhi in that room. She stands tensely, as a wave of memories passes in front of her eyes. Every items on the room takes her back in the time when she lived with her husband. Although, she never had a happy married life but always shared a sweet and sour equation with Abhi. She gets emotional and nostalgic remembering those moments and leaves Abhi's room. Pragya takes along all the stuff related to Abhi, the photo, his jacket and everything associated to Abhi and Pragya's memories. After packing her stuffs, Pragya walks out of the house as everyone sadly watch her. She bids farewell to every member of the house. Daadi is not happy with what she has done to Pragya. In fact everyone in the house is upset except Aaliya and Tanu.

But Aaliya is not satisfied with all this and looks forward to give Pragya a memorable farewell. She stops Pragya on the way and hands over her doll which used to be Abhi's favorite in order to make her remember what she was before marrying Abhi and asks her to get out of the house. This is the connotation that Pragya will relive her old life back without Abhi's love.
