Episode 128 - 129

At Samrat’s residence, Shashi asks Urmi what's she doing. Urmi says that she is going through her last cooking book, to try and find something new. Shashi tries to spoil the dish prepared by Urmi and gives her the medicine list, and asks her to get her blood pressure medicines. Urmi hollers at Mukti to get them, but Shashi says that Mukti messes things the last time and gets the wrong ones. Urmi agrees but she will go after Samrat comes home and she will gives him coffee. Tauji comes and asks Urmi to give her what's to be got from the market, as it would help with her walking too. Shashi asks him to let it be, as her own daughter in-law is not interested in going. Urmi says that she never said no. Shashi says that she was planning to go after a couple of hours, and she is feeling nervous right now and wanted the medicine. Tauji teases her as to what's happening, and if she is planning something new. She ask him to stop teasing her, while saying that she shouldn't have expectations from Urmi. Urmi offers to go right away, and get the medicine. Shashi leaves. Tauji asks Urmi to wonder why is she so happy at the prospect of Urmi going out of the house, to get her medicine. This gets Urmi thinking. Tauji says that she is definitely up to something. Urmi refuses to believe something is wrong. Tauji is amused. Later, Samrat comes in and hollers for Urmi and asks Tauji to stay in his room, as he is coming with great news. He asks his mother to tell Urmi to give him coffee the way he likes it. He goes up to his room, while from the balcony, Tauji finds Shashi’s face agloat with an evil idea, and smirks.

At Asha’s residence, when the priest gives a date of four months from now, Saroj and Granny Gayatri are tensed. Granny tells him to find a nice and early muhurat. The priest then says the only date that's left is for tomorrow. Anu offers to select card designs with Asha, while they finalise the date. Granny is not pleased, as Anu shows her the card designs on the tablet, and asks her to select. The girl selected for Gaurav seems to be completely illiterate and is visbly uncomfortable with modern gadgets. Granny thinks that Anu would ruin everything, and goes to Anu saying that card is not needed, as they would get married tomorrow. They all are shocked. Saroj too asks for more time, but Granny asks her to start preparations, while she would handle Gaurav and Devi. Asha’s mother is very happy lustily. Anu congratulates Asha, and tells her that Gaurav has sent her a teddy bear. This girl Asha does not even understand the meaning of 'Teddy Bear' and only understands bear out of it, and goes inside tensed. Granny asks Anu what did she say. Her mother covers up saying that she is very shy and hence went inside. Her mother later tells Asha that it was rude what she did, but then Asha innocently tells her that Gaurav sent beer, and hence he is an alcoholic. Her mother tells her that big societies have such norms and it's very normal, and asks her to blend in too. She is shocked.

The mehendi ladies come in for mehendi and demand for some good money, for this happy news that Asha is getting hitched. To shut them, Asha’s mother gives them the gift that Gaurav gave. As they open the gift, they find a teddy bear and a watch. Asha’s mother reprimands Asha for having misunderstood the gift. She snatches the gifst from them, saying that she would pay them later, while gloating at the gift. Asha’s mother is super happy thinking that their luck has caused them to have such good fortune.

At Samrat’s residence, Shashi is with a tray containing green juice of some sort as she tries to give Samrat special vegetable juice filled with Laxative, she thinks that now there would be a wonderful drama when Samrat gets angry. She leaves for Samrat’s room. Urmi comes and is hogged by the children asking what she got for them. She says that she went for medicine and asks Mandira to give these medicine to her grandmother, while she makes coffeee for Samrat. They comply, while she rushes to the kitchen to prepare coffee. She hollers at Mukti to give her coffee and sugar. Mukti tells Urmi that Samrat is drinking vegetable juice prepared by Shashi, with much love and affection. Urmi is surprised as she finds out that Samrat's mother has prepared a vegetable juice for her son and begins to look at the list of ingredients she has brought from the market that Shashi has put in it. She is shocked to finds jamaal ghota in it, an item that is not supposed to be good for the stomach. She wonders why this was asked. Mukti tells her that there was everything in the house, but she still got it from outside. Urmi is shocked. She immediately rushes to the room, she further sees Samrat's mother giving the juice to Samrat and lying to him saying that the juice was specially prepared by Urmi when he says that he wants coffee. Urmi is shocked. They tease her to take up acting. He says that he would drink the juice, and asks her to leave. But unfortunately for Shashi, Urmi knows about all her plan. Urmi comes in saying, that she is right. Shashi asks how come she came so fast. Urmi behaves cleverly and asks from where, as she was downstairs only preparing the juice. Shashi is speechless. Urmi says that she should have thought, as she is ill all the time, she should have prepared first for Shashi and then for samrat. Shashi wonders what she is up to. Urmi says that it's never too late and asks her mother-in-law to drink this juice as she would make another one for Samrat. Tauji is amused at Urmi’s presence of mind. Shashi says that she can't drink it, as it's made with much love for Samrat. Shashi is shocked and nervous at how to get out of the situation, while Urmi tries to emotionally blackmail her that she loves her and is concerned about her health. Samrat too asks her to stop bantering and gulp down the juice. Shashi tries to get out of it, but is not able to with Samrat’s stern orders. Finally, Samrat gives it to her, and she takes it with trembling hands, while Tauji and Urmi are much amused. Tauji teases her that she should rather drink with a straw. Samrat asks her to finish it completely. Shashi just puts her lips to it, and then puts it down saying that she has had enough. Samrat asks her to take it and finish it all, as she has already taken a sip, no one else would take it, and he doesn't like wastage at all. While she trembles, they consider it a sign of weakness. Shashi has no option but to drink the whole juice, while Tauji and Urmi are amused as Urmi makes Samrat's mother drink the juice. Shashi starts experiencing digestive problems and know that she is in troubled.

Samrat asks for coffee, and Shashi begins to rush out. But Urmi stops her that she shouldn't bother as she would get it herself. While the jamaal ghota begins to work, Shashi rushes to leave the room to go to the bathroom. Urmi asks her mother-in-law that she gets very less time to stay and spend some quality time with Samrat and when she has gotten the chance she shouldn't leave it. Shashi says that she has lots of work downstairs. Samrat asks her to sit down with them. She is surprised and wonders what to do now. She tries to get out of it, but Samrat sternly tells her to sit, and she has no option but to comply. Samrat's mother seems to be struggling as she gets a taste of her own medicine. She tries to frame Urmi in her trap but instead gets trapped herself by Urmi. She then makes another excuse, of having her BP machine. After she leaves, Samrat is wondering what went wrong. She has a hard time dealing with her bowels, that have gone for a toss, after the jamaal ghota. As she comes out of the bathroom, she swears to take revenge on Urmi, but then finds the need to use the bathroom again. Urmi and Tauji are amused in Samrat’s room.

In her room, Urmi comes in asking if she needs any medicine, as she is experiencing some other problem, evidently. Urmi then tells her that if she try to trap others, they themselves fall into it, and tells her mother-in-law that she knew everything. Shashi feigns innocence. Urmi says that she is surprised that just to torture her, she was about to put her own son in misery. Urmi adds that she got what she desrved, but asks what's the enemity that she has with her, that she could overlook her motherly love for Samrat too. Shashi again rushes to the bathroom, while Urmi says that she would only wait here and tells her that she would get her a salt-sugar solution, for her comfort. But she shoves Urmi away. As Urmi comes outside, Tauji laments that Shashi was like this, behind all this. Urmi tells what her mother-in-law did, to spoil her relation with Samrat. Tauji compliments her action. He says that he believes in her, that she can win her battle herself. He asks her to prepared for the next move, as Shashi would again attack in full form, and asks her to beware. He leaves, amused at Shashi’s torture, while Urmi smiles.

In the evening, Shashi is exhausted, while Tauji begins to tease her about her bad health today. He tells her that she seems to have lost weight. Urmi is amused. The phone rings and Urmi received it, and finds that it's her father, Devi and Shashi is instantly startled. Devi tells her about Gaurav’s marriage tomorrow. Urmi is excited, and asks how come and so soon. Devi explains the reason. He says that maybe her in-laws won't come, but they would still come to invite them. Urmi stops her parents from inviting Samrat and her parents in-laws and asks him not to bother, as he has so much preparation, and that she would invite them on his behalf. He asks her to be on time. She complies. As she disconnect the phone. Shashi asks why is she so happy. Urmi gives the news of the marriage to Samrat's parents. Shashi doesn't express any happiness and openly says that no one from the house will go for the marriage. Rudra and Tauji are tensed. Tauji asks if this isn't a good news. Shashi tells him that this is not the first marriage. Rudra ( Samrat's father ) asks what does he mean that nobody should be happy at this. Rudra expresses his pleasure and the inability too of not coming due to ill health. Urmi explains why she didn't want her father to come. Rudra agrees to it. Shashi doesn't stop from commenting, saying that she did right. Shashi tells her that Samrat or she won't go, despite them being called several times. Rudra is displeased. Shashi asks him to go inside and get her medicine. Shashi too goes after him. Urmi is tensed. Tauji observes this and goes to her, asking what happened. Urmi says that she or her family can't get any respect here, and in this important marriage, she would have to go alone. Tauji says that what can happen, if she already believes it. Urmi asks what would she do, as when she goes without Samrat tomorrow, people would start talking. She adds that Samrat won't understand. He asks her to make him understand then, as she has not understand him nicely, when she complains that she has tried everything but in vain. Urmi says that Samrat would definitely not come, whatever maybe the reason. Tauji convinces Urmi to force Samrat and his mother to come for the marriage celebrations and that he does only that for which he is forbidden. Urmi understands what he is trying to hint her and thanks him for his advise.

At Gaurav‘s residence, Gaurav's marriage gets fixed. Gaurav expresses displeasure at their action of shifting the marriage tomorrow. Granny Gayatri and Saroj pressurise Gaurav into getting married the next day. Granny tells him that four months are many, and maybe she too does not survive. Gaurav asks why does she have to emotionally blackmail him all the time. Saroj says that they have started all the preparation too. Granny and Saroj begin with their preparation, while Anu and Gaurav are left alone. Anu tells him that the girl is good. Gaurav says that this is too hasty and hence feels weird. He asks if there’s any pressure on her for marriage. Anu says that she doesn't feel so. Gaurav tells her that he wants to talk and meet her once before marrying. Anu is tensed, but then asks that if it's that important he would talk to her, before the pheras tomorrow. Gaurav is relieved.

The next morning at Samrat's residence, Urmi is getting ready, while Samrat is working on the computer. She distracts his attention to herself and he asks where is she going dressed so much like that. Urmi tells Samrat that if it's a marriage, she would have dress up nicely. Samrat asks whose marriage. Urmi pretends that she forgot to tell Samrat, and then says that Gaurav is getting married. Samrat is shocked at her casual approach. He is angered, and Urmi says that she completely forgot, and as it is, he doesn't care about family functions, and wouldn't have gone. Samrat asks why would she decide for him. Urmi asks if he would have gone with her, had she told him. He falls into the trap and says that he would go. Urmi smiles and then turns around with a serious face, saying that his important time would be lost. He asks her to stop being oversmart, and get his dress ready, while he goes to get a bath. As he leaves, Urmi thanks Tauji's advise, and says that he got to do what she wanted him to do.
