Dev rejecting Sinha’s coaching center offer and saying he will not misuse his wife’s professional position. he walks out. Natru tells Payal if she does not like her husband’s success. Santoshi and Jaiswal back him. Payal says she feels the deal is good and will speak to Dev. Dev in his room reminisces Sinha’s words. Payal enters. He says he is not ready to misuse her name and position. She says both situations are different and if she promotes coaching center, students will enroll, but it will be his hard work that student’s future will depend on. She insists to accept partnership deal for her sake. Sinha’s son tells Sinha that they will get many promoters if they throw money. Ayodhya sayshe enquired about his coaching center and knows that their coaching center is not running well and is in the midst of shutting down, so they don’t have any other option. Dev comes down with Payal and says he accepts their offer. Natru gets happy and asks Santoshi to distribute sweets. He asks Dev to hug him and says he wants him to succeed in life. Sinha’s son asks him to accompany him to office to finish paper work. Dev says he will com tomorrow.

Natru and Ayodhya enjoy milkshake at terrace and natru asks him to work on getting PWD tender and kick Gulkan out of his life. Ayodhya asks him not to worry, he will get tender at any cost.

Dev gets ready in the morning and prays god to help him do well in his new partnership for Payal’s sake. Payal comes out of bathroom and asks him to reactivate her bank account as she is finding difficulty. She wishes him best of luck.

Natru and Santoshi dance and song with their overacting and discuss that tomorrow is 1st and they will get Payal’s salary and Dev will also be signing partnership deed with coaching center, so money will flow from both sides and they can grab as they like. Gulkan sees that and to teach them a lesson pours oil on floor. Natru and Santoshi slip over each other and writhe in pain. Gulkan asks if they are feeling the pain when he tricked and made her slip from stairs. Natru calls Ayodhya. Ayodhya, Dev and Payal run to pick them up. Ayodhya asks how did it happen. Gulkan says they were dancing. Santoshi says she poured oil on floor and made them slip. Gulkan says she took her revenge. Ayodhya gets irked. Dev says Gulkan she also did mistake like Natru and it is wrong. Natru asks Dev and Payal to leave. He calls Jugnu and asks him to massage his body.

Payal enters her official car and wishes Dev good luck for his partnership.

Indu telling Alka that they will send achaar to Payal’s home as she likes it. Neelu comes and says she is chess champion. Bhuvaneshwar says everyone has different liking. We have to polish them to make them succeed in their field. Indu says he is very different. Alka says you both are different, but love each other and support in difficult conditions. Indu hopes Payal and Dev’s relation get stronger. Dev comes to Tejaswini coaching centre. Deepak asks him to sit and goes for meeting. Dev drinks water given by the peon. Satish gets a call and he asks Payal not to sign. He says Commissioner was angry and called you immediately. He asks her to take junior recruitement file. Dev thinks they are taking so much time as they are making him wait unnecessary. Jogeshwar calls Dev again and asks did you sign? Dev says not yet. Jogeshwar asks him to sign with the pen given by him. He asks him to sign within 15 mins. Dev asks him to rest and says he will sign once he signs on the agreement papers and disconnects the call. Jogeshwar thinks he is like Santoshi. Dev keeps the phone on silent mode.

Payal reaches commisioner office and asks what is the matter. Commissioner says we have to cancel the new recruit. He tells about Tejaswini coaching centre getting the papers leaked. He says we have to enquire. Payal asks who are they? Commisioner says they are Tejaswini coaching centre attached with the nexus. Payal looks on shocked. Deepak comes and asks Dev to come as agreement papers are ready. Dev happily goes in. He is asked to sit outside the cabin. Paual tries calling Dev, but his phone is on silent mode. Dev doesn’t hear the ring. Payal gets worried and thinks he would have sign on the agreement papers. Deepak assures someone that their links are everyone. He asks them not to worry and assures job for their kids. They are students’ parents and asks about Dev. Deepak says he is our partner and husband of PWD engineer. He is a honest man and we have to keep him front to get business.

Deepak calls Dev inside and apologizes for making him wait. Dev says it is okay. Deepak asks him to come. Dev goes in the cabin and greets Anuj. Peon brings papers. Deepak asks Dev to read before signing. Dev asks peon to bring sweets as he wants to make them eat. Deepak says they are happy as honest people are becoming their partners. He praises his honesty. Dev says I have experienced that values are good to heard, but it can’t run the house. He says I wants to open coaching centre. He pretends to ask for bribe or share for becoming his partner. Deepak says everyone works for us and takes the name of the people involved in the exam paper leaked racket. He says their coaching centre will reach state level. People will think Payal is involved with them, so they are genuine. Anuj asks Dev not to worry and take his share. They smile. Peon brings sweets and gives it to dev. Dev asks them to eat. He says this sweet is start for your end. Deepak and Anuj looks shockingly. 

Payal and Dev getting Tejaswini coaching center owner caught with the help of PWD commissioner. They reach home and reporter who are waiting for them surround them. Reporter praises them and asks Dev his opinion. Dev says education is priceless, but Tejaswini coaching center people were selling education. Reporter asks how did he catch them red-handed. Dev says Payal informed him via SMS that coaching center people were not right, so he just took the video footage. Reporter asks Payal how did she come to know about the scam. She says coaching center people were duping even her department and once she came to know about it, she informed Dev, but rest of the plan is Dev’s. Reporters say they are ideal couple of whole Jameshedpur.

Natru, Santoshi, and Guddi interrupt and start boasting themselves. Reporters asks them to move aside and let them interview Dev and Payal. All 3 get angry and humiliated. They try to interrupt again, but with no success. Reporters continue Dev and Payal interview and discuss that they will publish ideal couple’s pic in news papers tomorrow. Gulkan gets jealous watching their publicity and yells that even outside Payal is being praised. Natru says he Dev and Payal that he did not know about coaching center people’s plan. Dev says it is okay and asks how is his bachache. Natru starts acting and says he will go and rest. Dev and Payal try to speak simultaneously. Dev asks her to speak. She says because of him fraud people are caught. He says it is her effort. She says both of their success.

In the morning, Dev gets ready and Payal invites her for breakfast. He gives her bank papers and says he has applied for her internet banking. She thanks him and says she does not know anything about internet banking and asks if he can help. He says he will right now and teaches her net banking on laptop. She thanks him. Guddi brings Payal’s courier. Payal says it is her bank debit card. Guddi smiles thinking about money and leaves. Payal says she wants to give pocket money to her family and asks his permission. He says it is her money and she has complete right and he is proud of her thinking.
