Payal comes to the place and she is asked to inaugurate the place but she hesitates. Jogeshwar asks her to comply and she does the inauguration. Jogeshwar says that his daughter in law doesn’t have time,  but he requested her to come for 2 minutes and she agreed. Payal looks upset. Jogeshwar praises Payal. They click Payal’s photo and asks for a visiting card. Jogeshwar asks him to be in his limits. Sharma asks Jogeshwar to come with him. Payal thinks she is getting late for the office and thinks as to how to leave from there. Jogeshwar asks everyone to come inside. Sharma praises Payal and says that she was an example for today’s youth and asks her to keep first brick with her hand. Payal asks him what he meant by that.  Payal tells herself that she needs to talk to Jogeshwar and to put the brick for the puja. Pandit ji asks her to break the brick and she obliges. Sharma thanks Jogeshwar for bringing his PWD engineer daughter in law for the function.

Jogeshwar tells them that it was okay as they has requested something from him. Sharma pays him 35000 Rs.  Jogeshwar looks at the money with a greedy eye.  Payal sees him taking the money and thinks that Jagadev brought her there intentionally.  Jogeshwar thought that Payal has seen him so he decided to think of other tricks. He calls Payal and says that Sharma ji is giving him money for her Muh Dikhayi. He signs Sharma who in turns says that he gave it forcibly.

Payal thanks Sharma ji and takes out the cheque book from her purse. She gives him the cheque amounting to 35000 Rs. Sharma ji is shocked. Payal tells him that he was doing a good thing by opening schools for kids. She  tells him to take the cheque as it is her donation. She tells Jogeshwar that she has to leave. Jogeshwar thinks Payal splashed water on his deeds. Sharma praises Payal. Jaswal takes Jogeshwar away from there.

Bhuvaneshwar comes home from work.  Indu asks him about his salary and worries him about the house expenses. Bhuvaneshwar asks her not to worry about it .  Rajath comes home and he looks upset. Bhuvaneshwar asks him if everything was fine. Rajath says that he doesn’t have any problem and asks why he asks this always. Indu tells him that parents worry for their children always. Alka says that the gas cylinder was about to finish and that they have to book another one. Rajath says that he has to pay the EMI of his car. Bhuvaneshwar asks him not to worry and hopes his work gets well, like that of Payal. She asks Alka to serve the food. Rajath tells himself that he will prove himself to his family like Payal did.

Jogeshwar goes to Tejaswini office with Jaswal. He thought as to why they called them. Jaswal tells him that they will know very soon. Someone comes and introduce themselves as Atul Sinha and his son Deepak. Deepak tells Jagadev that he wants his daughter in law to endorse his coaching centre. Atul says that he wants Payal to endorse his coaching centre to make it popular. Jogeshwar starts to think. Atul offers him bribe and shows the money loaded in a briefcase. Jogeshwar eyes gets fixed on it.

Dev tells Rajesh that they will need to leave. Basanti comes and asks for 50 Rs as she has to send someone to give tiffins to Payal. Dev says that he will give tiffin to Payal. Payal is in her office and reminisces Sharma giving money to Jogeshwar. She thinks that whatever happened was wrong. She thinks that Jogeshwar should not have done this. She thinks there was a huge difference between her father and father in law. She reminisces Bhuvaneshwar refusing to take bribe from Banwari. Bhuvaneshwar tells Payal not to fall prey to these kind of people. Payal thinks that her papa is very good and her in-laws were greedy people. She  says to herself that she has to be careful and also find a solution. She remembers her father's advice.

Guddi happily wears the ear rings and asks Santoshi’s opinion about it. Santoshi asks her to hide it before Jagadev sees it.  Guddi drops her ear ring and panics. They both find it and Santoshi takes it from her, saying she will not give it to her until she clears ear ring money from Payal’s salary. She also smirks thinking she will buy a big necklace from Payal’s salary.

An NGO man comes to Payal’s office with a request to approve land for the orphanage. Payal checks his file and asks why he was demanding more land than required for the orphanage. He says that the people whom are donating want extra land for themselves. Payal says that she will not sign it. He tries to bribe her, but she scolds her that she will not do anything illegal and she leaves.

Jagadev goes to the builder's Sinha’s office who gives him a huge bribe to approve his coaching center from Payal. Jagadev eyes pop out by seeing the money and says he will get Payal’s signature at any cost, but he has to make his son Dev a partner in his coaching center. Sinha’s son gets irked and asks if he is out of his senses, but Sinha asks him to give him some time. Jagadev says he will wait out for 10 min and goes out. Sinha scolds his son and says if they make Dev as a partner, Payal will promote their coaching center and they will get 10 times more profit, so there is no harm giving some profit to Payal’s husband. Jagadev hears their conversation and thinks that he will show a colorful picture to Payal and trap her.

Sinha’s son calls Jagadev inside the office.  Sinha agrees for the partnership and asks him to convince Payal to promote their coaching center. Jagadev asks him not to worry. Sinha hugs and congratulates him. Jagadev asks him to come home tonight to discuss their plan.

Dev reaches Payal’s office. The office staffs starts pampering him. Payal comes out and takes him to her cabin and asks why he came there. He tells Payal that Basanti told him she did not take her lunch box, so he came with food and also wants to thank her for pressing his shirt in the morning. He tells Payal that she does not have do this as she already has work pressure at both office and home. Payal asks what the bank people say. He  told Payal that they did not approve his loan and said they don’t trust him. Dev says only after seeing his work they can trust him. The peon brings food. Payal tells Dev he is working so hard to open his coaching center and that she is sure he will succeed in his mission provided he does not lose hope. He says his mission is to keep her happy always.

Jagadev comes home and tells Jaiswal and Ayodhya that he will hunt 3 birds with one stone. Jaiswal praises him. Ayodhya says a big PWD tender is about to release, if Payal helps him he will earn in crores. Jagadev says that Payal may not help him and says  that today she stopped him from taking 35,000 gift money for bhoomi pooja. Ayodhya says that they will have to find a solution for this plan and will have to bend their finger to get the ghee out. Gulkan hears this and thinks she will plan more bigger than Ayodhya and ruin his plan.

Jagadev and family waits  for Dev and starts their drama upon seeing him. Jagadev starts overacting that Dev does not believe him at all, so it was a waste talking to him. Santoshi asks him not to get sad. Jaiswal asks him to tell him what he wanted to say. Dev asks him what he wanted to say.   Jagadev pulls up a bit more drama and says he met Tejaswini coaching the people at the center and they offered him partnership in their new coaching center. Dev tells Jagadev that he was not interested to do partnership with anyone.  Jagadev asks him to meet them at least and speak to them as they are  loyal people. He continues that he knows he is betrayed by Vikas Jha once, but he should meet them and only if he feels they are good, he can agree for the partnership. Dev agrees and walks towards his room. Jagadev laughs and tells them that he easily trapped Dev and once everything is finalized, he will enjoy his monthly income.

Payal comes home and gets busy cooking with the servant. Santoshi comes and starts her overacting. Gulkan comes there as well.   Santoshi gets tensed and asks if she needs some snacks. Gulkan says she came to take her ear rings. Payal asks what was happening. Gulkan says that Guddi took earring and has not paid the jeweller yet. Payal is shocked.  Gulkan says that she just came to their family and she will slowly know Jagadev and family’s true colors.

Payal serves tea to Dev and they both discuss their concern and love for each other.

Mr Sinha comes with his son to Jagadev household. Jagadev greets him in and asks him to tell him about his plan to Dev and Payal's.   He tells him about his partnership wish and says if Payal should promote their coaching center, it will be more profitable. Dev says he doe snot need his partnership as he does not like his wife’s name to be used either personally or professionally. Jagadev is shocked to hear that and thinks his plan of looting money is slowly slipping away from his hands.
