Wednesday’s Update on My Lost Home 25-04-2018

At night, when Soni and Jeet are still sleeping.  Soni starts to feel restless. Jeet checks her and noticed that she has a fever. He decides to get her some medicine. Soni gets up seeing its 3 am and she gets ready to go to the temple. Jeet comes back to see Soni missing from the room. Durga is happy to see Soni awake to do the purification rituals.  Jeet sees them leaving and stops them. He asks Durga as to where they were going. Durga tells Jeet that Soni has to do puja for 3 days without taking a break or else there will be no use.  Mr Khurana who noticed that Soni wasn't feeling well tries to stop Durga from taking Soni to the temple, but Durga tells them that she can do so much for the family since she is an obedient daughter in law.  Jeet who was curious asked Durga what the rituals was meant for.   Durga tells him that she met an astrologer and he has told her that she needs to do all this. Jeet argues with Durga that although he doesn't know more than her, most of those people tell false lies to extort money from rich people.

Durga tells Jeet that he was talking back in front of his wife so that Soni might think that he was great.  Durga argues with him and tells him that she know the difference between right and wrong. Jeet apologises but he asks as to why Soni needs to do this now in such a condition since she was pregnant.  Jeet tries to stop her again but Durga asks him not to ask too many questions.  Jeet stood there confused and also wonders to know why her mother was doing all this.  Durga tells him that she is doing all this for him so she can save his life. Durga says that Soni has some bad planets in her horoscope which are fatal for her husband and that's the main reason why his brother Veer died so early. Jeet is shocked and so is Soni.

Durga tells Jeet that if Soni doesn't go ahead with the Pooja then he might die. She also tells Jeet that ever since he married Soni,  bad things have been happening to him but since the pooja started all those mysterious things have stopped. Jeet tells Durga that the pundit is taking advantage of her and her mamta.  Jeet tells Durga that whatever incidence which happened with him is a coincidence.  Durga tells Jeet that she will do the pooja whether Jeet likes it or not. Mr Khurana tells Durga to take a closer look at Soni's state. He tells Durga that she could have done the pooja at any time but not at 3am in the morning.  Durga argues with Mr Khurana that if it is anything related to do with her son's life then she will go to any extent.  Jeet reassures Durga that he was fine and if anything was to happen to him then it wouldn't be because of Soni. Durga starts to cry. She then starts to question God as to why his son Veer had to die. She burst into tears and asked the almighty whether if it was his actual time to die.  Durga tells them that it's Soni's own choice to do the pooja as she wants to do it for her husband's (Jeet)  raksha ( welfare) Durga states that she was not forcing her.  Soni tells Jeet that she can handle a fever but not when something tragically happens to someone in the family because of her. She tells Durga that they can leave for the pooja veneration.  Finally,  Soni is forced by Durga to undergo a rigorous prayer to ward off the evil surrounding from Soni and the Khurana family.

Mahi goes to  the hotel and finds the room empty . She goes to the receptionist who tells her  that the men were drunk but as soon as they sobered up they got help from the doctor they left. Sharon expressed her sincere apology to Mahi as the men shouldn't have been awake before morning.  She tells Mahi that she doesn't know how this happened. Mahi tells Sharon that it's not her fault.  She tells Sharon that it was rather her fault. She starts to curse her stars. She tells Sharon that her fate was bad then what can anyone else do. Mahi starts to pray to god and asks what to do and how will she save Shabd.  Jeet puts a fresh (dupptha)  cloth on Soni's head.  She asks about Shabd.  Jeet tells her that Shabd was fine and also tells her to rest.

Shabd and Mahi  both remembers old memories while a song is played in the backround ( Yahaan Thu Waha). Mahi visits Shabd in jail. Mahi asks Shabd to forgive her as she couldn't make his three friends admit to their crimes.  Shabd tells her not to worry as he already knew that this would  happen and hence he was not surprised hearing this.  Mahi asks what kind of people they were, she points out that they do the crime but put the blame on others. Mahi asks if they do not know of humanity. Shabd tells her that whatever happens will be in his fate.  Mahi reassures him that she will get him out.  Mahi later asks him to remember that night as to what actually happened.  Shabd recites that he went to the disco with his friends and that they drugged him,  he tells Mahi that everything was blurred before his eyes. He tells Mahi that he was in the back of the car and they stopped and one of the guys got out and was probably asking someone for directions.  Mahi then thinks that Angad was probably telling her the truth.

Mahi asks Shabd if he was sure about what he was saying. Shabd tells her that she was very sure. Mahi thinks that Angad was actually saying the truth and she did not believe him. The hearing of the court was tomorrow and time was running out. Shabd asks Mahi what she was thinking so much. Mahi tells him not to worry as she believes in God and He will make everything right. Mahi comes out thinking Angad is the only one who can save Shabd from going to jail. She tells herself that she cannot manage to prove Shabd's innocence without Angad.  Mahi tells herself that she will have to find Angad. She remembered Angad all this while trying to say he knows the truth but she was running away from him. She burst to tears and says that only God can help her now.

The doctor checked on Soni who was lying on the bed whiles Jeet enters the room. Jeet asks the doctor about Soni's condition. The doctor tells him that she was fine now but she needs rest. The doctor tells Jeet that the only thing she has to keep away from was stress. Jeet assures the doctor that he will take care of Soni. He goes to Soni who looks very weak. Soni asks Jeet about Shabd. Jeet assures her he will be fine. Soni says that she hasn't talked to Mahi for a while and she is worried about her. She tells Jeet that she wants to talk to her. She asks Jeet to dial her number for her. Jeet calls Mahi and tells her that Soni wants to talk her. She asks Jeet about Soni's health. Jeet tells Mahi to ask Soni about it herself. Mahi talks to Soni in a very worried tone and asks as to how her health was. Soni says that she was fine, she tells her that she just had a little fever. Mahi tells Soni that she was pregnant and fever is a big thing in such a condition. Soni tells her that she will be fine and asks Mahi as to why she did not call her in the past few days. Mahi tells her that she was worried about Shabd and wants him to be free very soon. Soni asks her to believe in God and that everything will be fine. Soni then asks Jeet to go and help Mahi since she was all alone.

Jeet reached Mahi's house and Mahi is thinking as to how to contact Angad. Aunt Billo tells her that even though Angad has done bad deeds in the past, he was the only one who can save Shabd. She tells her that they should seek his help. Mahi tells her that she tried his telephone number but looks like he has changed his number. Aunt Billo asks her to call his dad. Mahi says she tried calling him but was thinking he was out of the country since his telephone number was not going through.  Jeet says since Angad met Mahi in Mumbai he might still be in Mumbai.  Mahi says that she doesn't know where he stayed but whenever they met she ran away from him thinking he was going to hurt her again. Everyone asks Mahi to remember everything so that she can get a clue about the situation at hand.  Mahi remembers that the watchman had given her Angad's keys and it belonged to Hotel Kingston. Jeet calls and asks for Kingston's number. They called the hotel but Angad was not in his room. Jeet smiles and says that at least they know he was in the hotel.

Soni has a big vessel filled with water on her head, and she is walking on a rocky path barefoot with Durga and the Pandit. Soni's stomach seems to be aching. Her feet was bleeding but Durga assures her that the temple is close and it was just a few steps away.

At Mahi's house, Mahi calls the Hotel again to check if Angad was in. The receptionist says he is not there but she will give her the message as soon as he comes. Mahi  tells the receptionist to tell him that it was Mrs. Mahi Sareen and that it was urgent concerning the courts hearing.

Durga kept on telling Soni that the temple was close whiles the Pandit tells them that they have reached.  All of them go near a tree and the pandit tells Soni that it was Navgrah Mandir which was very old and it will clear the dosh (calamity)  in her kundali (destiny) .  The priest told Soni that she will have to go round the tree and take parikrama without dropping a drop of water. Soni asks how many and the pandit tells her 1008. Soni questioningly repeats the number in disbelief. Durga ignorantly tells the priest that Soni will definitely do it. Jeet thought that he should check on Soni and decides to call home. Jyoti picks up and Jeet asks about Soni's health. Jyoti tells Jeet that she was not home and is out with Durga.  Jeet is angry that Soni is not well and she was out once again with his mother. He ends the phone call before Jyoti could say anything else. It's nightfall and Soni was still doing parikrama veneration. She could barely walk as her foot was filled with blood.

Angad reaches the hotel and the receptionist tells him that she had a message for him but she couldn't find where she had written the note since it was critical. The receptionist tells Angad that  it was a girl who said it's something urgent about some court matter. Angad walks away from there in disbelief and in confusion not knowing who has called.  Mahi calls again and the receptionist tells her that Angad had come but she had lost her message at that time. Mahi gets angry at the girl and asks her how she can go about it again. She gives her name again and tells her not to forget since its very urgent.

Soni has completed 1007 parikrama whiles Durga was still counting. Soni completes 1008 and the pandit takes the Kalash from her head and tells her to put the holy water on the gods. Soni does as she was instructed and after pouring the water she faints and falls down.
