Jagadev asks Payal to slap him on his face. Payal is shocked. Dev interferes and tries to make him understand his mistake. Jagadev gets angry and calls him names. He says he did a mistake and got her married to his son but she has insulted him and now apologizing shamelessly. Payal says she came to give him tea. Jagadev throws the tea cups away and asks them not to show their faces to him. Payal goes to her room. Dev reminds him about his behavior towards Payal. Santoshi asks Dev to come. Jagadev tells that he will strike this deal for sure and will throw money on her face. Balaram and his family are happy thinking about Payal’s birthday celebrations. Rajath gets a call from someone and asks to give 100000 Rupees, which he gave to keep it safely. Rajath thinks how to repay the money as he spent it on Payal’s Jhumkas, Alka, Neelu and his mom’s shopping and on his cars. Balaram thinks he is thinking to retire as Rajath is happily taking care of the house. Later, Payal is in her office and recalls her father-in-law asking her to beat him. She thinks her father-in-law has wrong thinking and thinks she needs her dad’s help. She thinks about her dad’s words and looks on. Rajath tells the vendor to return the money. He makes an excuse and thinks how he will run his business. Dev comes to Payal’s office. Payal asks him to come in. Dev apologizes to her for everything that happened. Payal says it is not needed. Dev says whatever has happened was wrong and that he is fed up of their behavior. He assured her that he will talk to them and give them warning to leave their wrong wishes. Payal offer to talk to her father-in-law herself and make him understand. She asks him not to talk to him, and says he is elder than them. She adds that he is their father and they should respect him. She asks him to have patience and everything will be fine.

Balaram tells Alka about sacrificing many things. Indu praises Rajath. Rajath says he will go to any extent to give happiness to his family. He thinks it will take time to set up his business, and have to find a way out. He recalls Thakur ji( goon) proposal about illegal business. He thinks this is the only way out. Jagadev looks at Payal’s pictures and tells Aditya that his value has been down in the market because of her. Aditya says nobody is ready to give them money and he wonders how they will do the project. Jagadev says he never accepted defeat and says this project will surely happen. Aditya asks how? Jagadev who is not done with his scheming ways takes out the house papers from his cupboard and tells Aditya that he is the owner of the house and that it is the only way out to get the deal. Aditya asks what he want to say? Aditya says the house will fulfill their dream and complete this project then it will only be a slap to Payal and show Payal her place.

Rajath comes to Thakur ji hideout. Thakur ji sees him and says he knew he would come for money. Rajath asks how to do this? Thakur ji asks if he want to earn money like him, and asks not to get scared. He gives him 2 lakhs rupees in advance, and asks him not to fall in police trap else he don’t know him. Santoshi sees Payal coming home and asks Basanti to bring breakfast and tea for her. Payal says she will take it herself. Santoshi insists that Basanti will bring it. Payal says she want to give her something, and asks her to take her salary but just when Santoshi is about to take the envelope, Jagadev comes there and snatches the envelope. He asks who asked her to give her salary to them. He asks her to keep her ego with herself, and asks Santoshi not to use her money. He angrily throws the envelope on the floor. Goonjun gets up and asks if he have any conspiracy in mind as he is not keeping money being greedy. Aditya asks her to keep quiet. Goonjun calls him his father’s puppet, and asks her father-in-law to return her dowry. Jagadev says they will return their dowry and salary and asks her to keep patience till then. Dev tells Payal to keep her salary with herself if his father don’t want to take her money. Payal asks how will their house run now. Jagadev comes to someone and asks for 5 crores money.

Aditya on the other hand shows the house to Phul Singh and his men. Phul tells his men that the house is very good and he will get it at any cost. Dev tells his father that Payal is right, that man does not seem to be good. Payal says she meets many people in her office who behave sweet, but are arrogant and culprits in real. Jagadev says whatever they say, he will do what he has decided. Phul Singh tells Aditya that he will sign the deal. Dev asks his father what deal he is talking about. Jagadev thinks if they stay here, he won’t be able to sign the deal, so he will take Phul out and sign the deal there. He stops Phul Singh outside and says his family ladies will get tensed if they know about the mortgage, so he will keep it secret until Aditya’s business starts booming. Phul says he brought 3 crores and the rest, adding that he will give him after signing the final agreement papers. He gives him temporary agreement papers, shows him 3 crores and asks him to sign the papers before muhurath gets over. Just when Jagadev is about to sign, Aditya stops him and asks him to read the papers once. Phul Singh says he came with money for them and they don’t trust him, he adds that once the muhurath gets over, he will not sign the deal.

Jagadev is about to sign the deal again when Payal and Dev come out and see the money bag and papers. Dev asks what is all this. Phul Singh thinks to keep Payal and Dev busy while Jagadev signs the papers. He gets them busy, gets papers signed by Jagadev and leaves. Dev asks why did he get so much money. Jagadev asks him to mind his business and goes in with the money bag. It's clearly that Aditya and Jagadev separate themselves from the family, as they make an extremely serious business deal that could affect every single member of the Prasad family and unaware of the deal they sign. Payal tells Goonjun that she feels there is something wrong with this deal as nobody will give so much money. Goonjun who is good at what she k owns best yells at Payal that her husband is going to do business, but she wants to stop it. Dev says Payal is right. She yells that he cannot understand all this as he is jobless and waste body of the house. She continues yelling at them and goes to her room.

Later that day, Payal gets Satish’s call and leaves for office. She informs her mother-in-law and leaves thinking Dev felt very bad hearing Goonjun’s taunt and she will console him after coming back home. Phul asks his men to keep an eye on Jagadev and Aditya and laughs boasting himself that he will loot both money and the house. Santoshi asks Dev not to feel bad about Gulkan’s taunt. He says she told truth, he is waste body, he tries a lot to get job but is uncesuccessful. He is just worried about Payal as she is suffering because of him. Payal calls him just then and asks him to come and pick him from office as her official car is broken. Dev says he will and leaves informing Santoshi. Payal thinks she lied Dev to console him here as she cannot at home.

Jagadev and Aditya reach the contractor’s office and give him 3 crores. The contractor gives Aditya contract papers and asks him to read it carefully but Jagadev says that means their deal won't be done. Phul’s men spy on them and listen to their whole conversation. Dev reaches Payal’s office. She makes him sit and asks him not to feel bad about Goonjun’s taunts but she is sure he will reach his destiny soon and is also confident that he will protect her always. She tells him that she is with him and will never let anything bad happen to him. Dev says he agrees that she is with him always and he is thankful for that, he repeatedly says thank you so much and he sadly hopes he could have done something for her. Payal says he has done a lot for her, he stood with her always, so she wants to ask him something which he should not deny. He promises. She says nobody can be better husband than him, and now she wants to take their relationship to a new step and become bestfriends forever. She extends her friendship hand and he happily grabs it.

Balaram does not find Neelu at home and asks Indu where is she. Indu says she has gone for her practice and yells why the instructor makes her practice so much. Balaram says she is an athlete and has to practice. Rajath comes with silver utensils and gives it to his mother. He asks her to perform pooja from these utensils. Balaram jokes that he is bribing god, but god does not accept bribe and will punish for every mistake. Rajath gets sad and gets into his room. Indu scolds her husband for irking her son and sends Alka to bring him back.

Jagadev with Aditya reaches the contractor’s office and gives him 3 crores. The contractor says he needs at least 8 crores for his land, else he can give it on lease for 99 years. Jagadev agrees as the contractor gives him the land deal on 99 years lease in exchange of 3 crores. Phul Singh looks at Jagadev’s signed papers and tells his assistant that he was expecting Jagadev to read the papers, but he did not and now he can easily grab his house for non payment of debt.
